This tenant improvement/expansion project included a new 6,800-SF two-story addition to the main entry and multi-phased renovations to the existing dialysis clinic while keeping the facility fully operational. In addition, a refresh of the remaining 4,223-SF was completed to bring the project up to current NKC standards. An intricate schedule and stringent infection control protocols ensured key common spaces remained accessible during construction and allowed for the dialysis clinic to continue seeing patients.
A complete upgrade of the dialysis treatment equipment required coordination with NKC to transition equipment over three separate off-hour utility shutdowns. Aldrich orchestrated the successful delivery of the facility with zero impacts to the existing clinic overcoming adverse weather, COVID-19, and numerous unforeseen challenges with the existing building.

You know that this was by far the hardest project NKC has attempted due to the 'keeping the operation going' requirement during construction. Each of you spent time being sure our staff and patients were safe, remained flexible at each turn adjusting to new discoveries and never slowed the pace or asked us to reconsider the project.
