Aldrich continues to support Seattle Children’s Hospital in improving their existing facilities, so they can better serve their patients — kids! As we do with all our projects, Aldrich took great care in planning and completing tenant improvements for the Endocrinology and Diabetes program spaces within the occupied Sand Point Clinic (formerly known as the Hartmann Building).
Our crew completed seismic structural upgrades on this existing 1950’s wood structure adjacent to Seattle Children’s Hospital. The remodel better configures the building for the program’s new focus—providing education to newly diagnosed diabetes patients. The facility's colorful on-brand graphics offer a happy environment for children and their parents during their visits to the clinic.
The Aldrich team did a terrific job on a very difficult project. We faced many hurdles through the permitting process and construction. Aldrich stayed committed to problem-solving and creating value for Seattle Children's. We really appreciate the dedication and service Aldrich consistently provides.
