Expansion makes space for animal care

Animal Surgical Clinics of Seattle (ASCS) engaged Aldrich for our critical care and veterinary expertise for the renovation and expansion of the Sound Veterinary Rehabilitation center, complete with structural upgrades to accommodate two water treadmills. Design-build MEP was critical for the installation of new HVAC systems which provide 12 air exchanges per hour. The expansion encompassed two exam rooms and a gymnasium giving the rehabilitation center more space for animal care services.

Aldrich + Associates has provided construction services for three separate projects in our growing veterinary speciality hospital. During all three projects the Aldrich team has been responsive and transparent, providing options through the pre-planning and construction phases. The finished projects have been of high quality, within their projected schedule and budget. We would definitely recommend the Aldrich team, and we will be using them again for any of our additional construction/remodeling needs.
