Maximizing Value for Community Healthcare

This new single-story building brought state-of-the-art medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmaceutical services to the Chelan community. Aldrich supported CVCH and the design team to maximize the program scope within a limited budget.

Our team’s proactive strategy to the subcontractor and vendor solicitation and bidding process, as well as our reputation for running well-organized, safe construction projects, successfully brought a wide range of bids to the project. This enabled Aldrich to produce the most accurate pricing and value engineering for the best possible outcome allowing CVCH to provide a wider range of specialties to better serve the public.
